In public school the T.L.E. classes is usually done in different rooms that is why the tools and equipment is not well organize and the place is not appropriate for skillful classes like T.L.E and because of that the professor and students are the one who suffered for that kind facilities.

Scope and Limitations
The researcher chose the senior student of the Tinajeros National High School in conducting a survey because they already know all the major subjects and problems that that students can encounter in their T.L.E classes and the researcher used random sampling method to get some students for an interview. Boys and girls are needed for these studies.

The researcher conducted a survey using a random sampling method.
Sampling techniques and respondent/ subjects
The researcher use random sampling method to get the idea of some students regarding to the difficulties of the students have been encountered in their T.L.E. classes
Setting/locale of the study
The researcher will conduct a survey in Tinajeros National High School because it has an equal numbers of girls and boys in one class that is needed for the survey.
Development of instrument and its validation
The method of collecting data was the survey testing technique. The test was checked and results underwent computation to know the ideas of the respondents.
